Booking and Deposit
To confirm a booking at our passive luxury ecolodge, a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking via our secure payment platform, Ke-Booking.
Cancellation
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. After this period, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
Security Deposit
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €1,000 will be taken. This deposit is intended to cover any potential damages caused during your stay as well as any unpaid consumption. The deposit will be fully refunded after an inspection of the ecolodge, provided there are no damages and no outstanding payments.
Wine Cellar
A wine cellar is available in the ecolodge. Wine consumption will be charged at check-out. Please note that the amount corresponding to these consumptions will be deducted using the credit card imprint taken at check-in.
Nordic Baths
Each ecolodge is equipped with a Nordic bath. Guests must shower before entering the bath and avoid placing any objects that could damage the water. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Scandinavian baths. A net will be provided for cleaning the water during your stay.
Sauna
A sauna is available in the shared landscaped garden. Guests must wear a bathrobe or towel and a swimsuit when using the sauna. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the sauna.
Outdoor Spaces (Garden, Terraces, Pétanque Court)
Each ecolodge has a private terrace, as well as access to a landscaped garden and a pétanque court.
For the terraces, we kindly ask you not to leave any waste and to take care of the furniture provided.
To respect the peace and quiet of other guests, parties and excessive noise are not permitted.
Regarding the garden and pétanque court, please ensure that no waste is left behind and that all provided equipment (furniture, games, etc.) is used with care.
Bed and Bath Linen
We provide our guests with bath linen (medium and large towels, as well as one bathrobe per person) and bed linen (beds are made upon arrival).
We kindly ask you to take good care of them during your stay. We reserve the right to charge for any damages or missing items identified after check-out.
Carport
A parking area is available for up to three cars, including an electric vehicle charging station.
Please handle the provided equipment with care and neatly store the charging cable after use.
Damages and Unpaid Consumption
If damages are found in the ecolodge or unpaid consumption is identified, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the €1 000 security deposit. If damages or consumptions exceed the deposit amount, the difference will be charged via the credit card imprint taken at check-in.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 4:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
Use of the Ecolodge
The ecolodge must be used in a respectful and responsible manner. Any illegal activities or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate expulsion without refund and may lead to legal action for damages caused.
House Rules
- Pets are allowed, provided that all furniture, outdoor spaces, and terraces are respected. Pet waste must be collected and disposed of properly.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the ecolodges.
- Parties and events are not allowed without prior authorization. Guests must respect the peace of the neighborhood, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Liability
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings during your stay. We recommend taking necessary precautions to secure your valuables.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these rental conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on our website.
